Birthday Party

Zoe really enjoyed her birthday party. It was like she knew it was her day. She did a great job opening her presents - and giving daddy her "pay"(money). She also danced with all her friends! It was so cute!

Birthday Morning

As I'm putting this post together, I realized that it posts backwards of what I thought it was going to be. Hopefully I get better as I go....

We then went to the pumpkin patch. She loved to look at all their animals and even craweld through the straw tunnel. She didn't like the straw being stuck to all our clothes and shoes when we were finished though. She helped us pick out our pumpkins and then picked out her own.

We decorated the house with tons of balloons and other decor. after Zoe went to bed the night before her birthday. When she got up her birthday morning, we got her out of bed while singing happy birthday. She loved it and just seemed to know that it was her day. We took her downstairs to see her decorations and she was so surprised. Then we gave her gifts from us.

We finally got daddy to come home long enough so that we could carve our pumpkins. Zoe, who hates to get her hands dirty, of course used a spoon to clean out hers. The pumpkins turned out great and Zoe had a blast.

This was her scary face!

Visit with Jen

We really enjoyed our visit with Jen and Gavin (aka. Gabin). We all piled into the Explorer (Myself and Zoe, Jen, Jarrod, and Gavin, Lindsay and Sara) and went to the Cincinnati Children's Museum. The kids loved playing with everything as their mommies chased them around with hand sanitizer the whole time! Once we left there, we went to a very yummy pizza place and ate way too much! Then we went back to the house for some more visiting!
We really miss seeing them all! Hopefully we can make a visit to NY sometime soon!

We forgot to take a picture when Lindsay was still there....but this one turned out good :)
